I watched a YouTube video recently that talked about a 'Daily Dozen' list. The aim is to list twelve items that help you have a good day, every day.
I've been thinking about what I would put on a list like this, and I can't even come up with twelve things! But for now, this is what I would like to include in my every day: 1. Kiss my husband 2. Cuddle with the cat 3. Spend time in the garden 4. Wrist exercises 5. Stretch out my neck and shoulders 6. Write down at least one thing I am grateful for Maybe a daily half-dozen is a good place to start.
