Setting Intentions for 2023

It is 2022 review time, and 2023 goal setting and Word of the Year choosing time! 

2022 Review - Conversation
I knew I would have some big and amazing conversations during the year, and boy did this word deliver. I had beautiful and supportive conversations with so many loved ones about how they like to be loved and supported, and how I most feel loved too. I connected better with my husband, and took the time to find out a few things about myself along the way. All in all a great word for the year!  ​
